Die Anforderungen
Für ein wettbewerbsorientiertes Spiel sollten Sie einen Satz Cornhole-Bretter (2 BOARDS) in einem Abstand von 27 Fuß (entspricht 8,23m) von Vorderkante zu Vorderkante gegenüber aufstellen. Anfänger, Junioren und Freizeitspieler können mit beliebigen kürzeren Abständen beginnen. Es gibt 4 BAGS (Säcke) pro Satz. Für das Einzel- oder Doppelspiel werden 2 Sätze in verschiedenen Farben benötigt. Die Vorderseite des Brettes stellt die Foullinie dar. Die Spieler dürfen nicht vor oder hinter das Brett treten. Die Spieler müssen innerhalb Ihres Wurfbereichs (PITCHER BOX) bleiben.
Die Ausrüstung
Lion Boards sind LONG BOARDS und entsprechen den Vorgaben der American Cornhole League (120x60cm) Die BAGS von Lion Boards entsprechen den ACL Vorgaben bezüglich Ausführung, Abmaßen und Gewicht (unterschiedliche Seiten -klebrig/-rutschig; 450g; mit Granulat gefüllt; Indoor und Outdoor geeignet; waschbar 30°C).
Die Punkte
1 BAG auf dem BOARD = 1 Punkt
1 BAG in das Loch = 3 Punkte
BAGS die bevor sie auf das Brett fallen, den Boden berührt haben, zählen nicht. Jedes BAG das am Bord herunterhängt und den Boden berührt zählt nicht. BAGS die im Loch hineinhängen und nicht durchgefallen sind zählen nur ein Punkt. … wenn jedoch ein BAG, durch zu viele BAGS im Loch, am durchfallen gehindert wird, ist durch Wegnahme der durchgefallen BAGS zu prüfen ob das betroffen BAG nachrutscht.
Es wird mit der Differenzwertung gewertet, bedeutet: Nachdem alle 8 BAGS geworfen wurden, werden alle BAGS die auf dem BOARD oder in das Loch gelandet sind gewertet. Wenn Team A 4 Punkte und Team B 3 Punkte erzielt hat, erhält Team A die Differenz =1 Punkt. Das Spiel geht bis 21.
Der Spielablauf
Es wird ausgelost, wer anfängt. Der Sieger der Auslosung darf die Seite auf der er stehen möchte auswählen und ob er als Erster oder Zweiter wirft. Die Spieler werfen abwechselnd ihre 4 BAGS auf das Brett am anderen Ende. Ein Wurf außerhalb der Reihe oder außerhalb des Wurfbereichs (PITCHER BOX) ist ein Foul. Das BAG, das zum Zeitpunkt des Fouls geworfen wurde, zählt nicht und wird sofort aus dem Spiel genommen. Im Einzelspiel gehen die Spieler, sobald die BAGS geworfen wurden, zum gegenüberliegenden BOARD, um die nächste Runde zu werfen. Jeder Spieler bleibt auf derselben Seite der BOARDS, es wird beim Wechseln der Seite nicht gekreuzt. Das heißt, wenn Spieler A in der ersten Runde von der rechten Seite des BOARDS abwirft, wirft er in der zweiten Runde von der linken Seite des BOARDS zurück. Im Doppel stehen sich die Partner gegenüber und die Seiten werden nicht gewechselt.

The requirements
For competitions, a set of cornhole boards (2 BOARDS) will be placed 27 feet (8.23 m) apart from leading edge to leading edge facing each other. Beginners, juniors and recreational players may start with any shorter distance. There are 4 BAGS (bags) per set. For a singles or doubles match, 2 sets of different colors are needed. The front of the board represents the foul line. Players are not allowed to step in front of or behind the board. Players must stay within their throwing area (PITCHER BOX).
The equipment
Lion Boards are LONG BOARDS and comply with the specifications of the American Cornhole League (120x60cm) Lion Boards' BAGS comply with ACL specifications in terms of design, dimensions and weight (different sides -slow/fast-; 450g; filled with resin; suitable for indoor and outdoor use; washable 30°C).
The points
1 BAG on the BOARD = 1 point 1 BAG in the hole = 3 points BAGS that have touched the ground before falling on the board do not count. Any BAG that hangs down on the BOARD and touches the ground does not count. BAGS that hang in the hole and have not fallen through count only one point. ... if, however, a BAG is prevented from falling through by too many BAGS in the hole, it must be checked whether the affected BAG slips through by removing the BAGS that have fallen through. It is scored with the difference value Means: After all 8 bags have been thrown, all bags that landed on the board or in the hole are counted. If team A scores 4 points and team B scores 3 points, team A gets 1 point. The game goes to 21 (it is not necessary to score exactly 21 points).
The game
A draw is made to determine who will start. The winner of the draw gets to choose the side they want to stand on and whether they throw first or second. Players take turns throwing their 4 BAGS onto the board at the other end. A throw outside the line or outside the throwing area (PITCHER BOX) is a foul. The BAG thrown at the time of the foul does not count and is immediately removed from the game. In singles play, once the BAGS have been thrown, the players move to the opposite BOARD to throw the next round. Each player stays on the same side of the BOARDS, there is no crossing when changing sides. That is, if player A throws from the right side of the BOARDS in the first round, he throws back from the left side of the BOARDS in the second round. In doubles, the partners face each other and the sides are not changed.
